Owing to its expansion in Romania, where it currently operates through 4 stores, our client is looking for a highly professional and motivated Chief Accountant to complete their local team.

Responsabilitati :
The successful candidate will be required to perform the following duties and responsibilities:
■ Financial record keeping;
■ Payroll management;
■ Maintenance of Cash Flow forecast;
■ Liaison with outside agencies – bank, customers, suppliers, auditors & accountants;

Cerinte :
Suitable candidates should possess all or almost all of the following skills and expertise:
■ University degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting;
■ Successful work experience of preferably within international environment, at least 3 years;
■ Experience in preparing, reviewing and submitting of local and financial tax reports, statutory financial statements in accordance with International Accountancy Standards, is needed.
■ Thorough knowledge of legislation and retail market issues;
■ A pro-active thinker who can identify and maximise new opportunities;
■ Self-driven, well-organized and adaptive;
■ Fluent Romanian, conversational English
■ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with Accountancy/warehouse software.
