GENPACT, in search of an Operations Manager
To lead a team of over 20 professionals in Accounting, Finance and
Procurement.
Responsabilities
– manage accounts payables, account receivables, general ledger and
procurement by ensuring that specific processes and procedures are
applied;
– train new team leaders and team members;
– plan resources to meet goals and objectives;
– continuously improve the processes and procedures;
– prepare weekly dashboards and regular work reports
– identify and implement training, coaching and mentoring
opportunities;
Profile
– minimun 2 years as chief accountant, leading and developing people
– minimum 5 years experience as accountant
– Fluent in English and German
