Front Office responsible – companie mare

Job Description:

Goal Setting: Responsible for the co-ordination of the incoming and
outgoing correspondence and organization of the local office
facilities. Support for the personnel of the company.

Main responsibilities:

– assures the communication between management and personnel of the
company
– organizes and administrates the company’s files
– assures the communication and relations with Authorities
– keeps the agenda for the management of the company
– organizes the correspondence, writes the rapports
– registers the incoming and outgoing of the documents
– answers the telephone and gives information to callers or directs
calls to the appropriate official.

Requirements:

Young graduate of ASE (advantage FABB, REI)
Good communication and presentation skills
English language – good level required
Good computer knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Achievement oriented
Tenacity and perseverance
Willing to learn and develop herself in capital market (experience is
not required)
